Iwize and ESP PTA Noord treatment to me

Got into minor car accident on the 29th of December. My insurance took my car there (Iwize). It almost two months now and when I ask how far with my car they keep on saying they bought the wrong parts. I personally call them 2 times a week and they keep on saying they got the wrong things for my car.

To be honest I am not happy with them and wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car to them. I am still waiting until today on my car and again they tell me they bought the wrong things and they ordered parts and I should wait.

I asked if I could collect my car and fix it myself and they said it is not allowed in the policy they have with my insurance.

I have a newborn and I need to take my child to see a Dr every week because she is not well. They don’t care even if you tell them that.

They are full of dishonesty. It is very sad with ESP. I am getting the worsed service ever with the Company. All I want is them to give me my car and I will fix it somewhere else. And by the way, it is just the front bumper they are failing to fix.

Now Iwize does not even care about me anymore, they don’t help me with follow up.

What also hurts is the fact that they still deduct money every month.

Iwize is a ****!!!!
