IWISE Worst car insurance

My wife had an accident on 29 June 2018 , a month later there was still no assessment given on the cost of fixing the car (claim no ********** ) . It was only in beginning August when i was told that my excess would be R8500 and i didn't argue or try to dispute and said i would go through with the claim as I was new to the insurance. The assessment i got from them was claiming that the car would cost R9000 to fix , but because I could see the extent of the damage was more i went to a panel beater and got my own assessment which amounted to an astonishing R28000, R19000 more than their claim. I asked Yolande Markham to assist and she went quite on me, i have since sent her emails and to no avail. I have called IWISE numerous times times and have spoken to Louisa, Alinah, Ayandah and Yolande and others whose names i have forgotten and i am constantly being **** to each and everyday being told i will receive help today. Today has been today for the past 4 weeks where I call in everyday and get lies about my claim. Do not fall for their low premiums they are a **** .
