Iwayze is unreliable

My house wall was affected by the floods that we experienced in durbna when I claim it was rejected saying the moving soil and flowing water not covered, when I call for that in the contract it not there I than asked them for assessor report and the rejection letter they have never provided anything. When I call them they make me hold and drop off the phone.
