Its just unfortunate that i had to cancel the policy as my policy was increased in 4 months after i complaint when it was initially increased. I attempted to appeal the decision and we couldn't come to agreement terms hence i had to find another alternative cheaper insurer with the similar comprehensive cover. As it was business for Iwyze to increase their premium so do i to get a more affordable insurance which i now happily found one that is affordable for my needs. Nonetheless, on the positive side Ruth Mndebele's service today was good as she addressed my request with ease and explained everything. Big up to her!!!!
