ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE I'VE HEARD ANYTHING FROM iWYZE since my accident AND THEY HAVE MY CAR

My car was involved in an accident on the 23rd April 2021 and was pulled for storage, I don't have means of transport everytime I contact the insurance get transferred to the call centre and it's a dead end everytime ...I have made multiple attempts to follow-up with iWYZE but have had no luck I've been communicating with a lady by the name Salome Mmila who was kind enough to assist me in the beginning but has now disappeared into thin air even after multiple attempts to reach out .

It's a pity because I've taken out more than one policy with them and I will never recommend to anyone
