its been 3 weeks validating information

I've never had such a bad experience before with iWyze, my car was ****** on the 26th of January, I reported it the next day, to iWyze and spoke to Mbali, then I left them to do there investigation, I then phoned in the 1st again to find out what was happening, I was told there was an assessor assigned to my case and he will be in contact with me, then I phoned the the 3rd of February was told the same thing finally on, Monday the 8th of February the assessor Laurence Coetzee contacted me, I gave him all the information he needed and he assured me he'll wrap this up by the 12th of February the next day the 9th I then sent him copies of the vehicles papers it wasn't even an hour and skynet phoned to collect the papers I thought everything was sorted out. I then phoned the 10th and the agent advised they would have him contact me, I phoned his personal line the 11th after numerous attempts and he said he'll \try\" and have the money paid by the 12th the next day I phoned again and couldn't get a hold of him phoned the call centre they said he'll contact me back, and all I got yet again is a email \"they validating the information\" and I'm officially fed up."
