It was great

It was great. Ruth was nice and very helpful. When I could not find my business policy number, she physically went to the business department and got it for me which is something someone else wouldn’t have done. She called back when my airtime got finished and she made sure that I get my refund. While I was waiting on her, she kept assuring me that she is still there and what step she is on. Being assisted by her made my day. She is doing a great job.
