It was good experience

It was good experience. The second letter I got transferred to managed to assist me with my request. However the First Lady I got transferred to regarding my latest insurance schedule and a claim history letter did not send through the requested documents. I suspect she might have made a mistake on the email address (***). I kindly requested to be attended on this matter.
