It was a Marathon progress regarding my claim which was concluded over 7 weeks. I was so disappointed with the lack of communication from the Claims Consultant named Thantsa Kganyago. Nevertheless, I like to thank the Accessor who came to assist at the later stage, Mr Riaan Potgieter and also Palesa Mogase who did a follow up on everything after I did complained about Thantsa. If it wasn't for Riaan, Palesa and Tasmin Waldman professionalism, my claim would have took 3 months and encounting. Iwyze is great but need to improve on customer service and that one hour waiting call at our on cost.
