As I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. Its been a week know since i registered y claim. i am the one that needs to follow up. the only thing i am getting is an sms that says " we are still busy validating your claim". what validations are done? Cant you provide a detailed feedback on what is outstanding? When is someone getting back to me regarding the sales call and additional excess issue?
