Intimidated to withdraw claim

My name is Simphiwe and i was involved in a car accident 24 April 2026. My claim registered the same day. I met with the assessor on 04/05/2026 at accident scene and i gave him everything he wanted, including my bank statements, phone numbers of witnesses, tracking reports, different consent forms etc. Few days down the line, the same assessor told me that my car is a write off which is something i was not expecting because the car can start, the airbags never blowed out. on the 15/05/2026, the assessor and his manger came to my place and threaten me to withdraw my claim or i can face possible blacklisted. I'm so disappointed in old mutual and its Iwyze insurance because i was with the same insurance for 3 years now and paying them very well. i have lots of policies with old mutual except the car insurance including educational plans, funeral cover and my provident funds but after this harassment i got after my accident, i have to reconsider my options of joining old mutual policies. Up to date my claim is still not approved, the only thing i got is ************s to withdraw my claim while 14 days already passed ever since the accident happened. This issue have affected me in my studies, my work duties and my emotions because I'm now treated like a ******** because of the claim i registered.
