Intentionally denying claims through misrepresentation of facts

We had a break in two months ago and we called our insurance to notify them that some of our contents were ******. They sent two assessors Mr Kreban Govender and Mr Estuanne Bezuidenhout who completed the assessment and notified us of the documents we needed to send as well as proof of purchase for the ****** items. Receipts were provided to the gentlemen and there was communication through emails from both parties. To our surprise we receive an email saying the claim had been denied due to failure to send receipts for items. We then further communicated and sent emails showing the chain of communication where receipts were sent and we haven't received any communication from them ever since. Denying a claim under false statements and then not communicating is ********* and this is extremely disappointing. This is clear Manipulation and misrepresentation in order to deny claims without evaluating them fairly and we ask that they revue all the emails and chains of com
