Insurer's Bad Faith

Old Mutual Insure (Iwyze) has successfully ****med me after they rejected my motor vehicle claim for the reasons that are ridiculous, in bad faith and unfair. The Ombudsman could not mediate the dispute and it was referred to court. It is sad that they might get away with it because I currently do not have funds to initiate litigation.
