Insurer poor service

I have never had such a terrible experience from an insurer like I did with Iwyze. They are the worst! We had a car accident 2weeks ago, a claim was lodged and necessary documents sent to the insurer to process the claim. The claims accessor called and requested for an illustration of the accident at the scene. My husband and I were very cooperative, we even took half day off from work to ensure that we provide the required information for the claim to be processed. Some of this information included personal information. Even though this was invasion of privacy we still gave the assessor the information anyway to assist with his investigation. He requested for bank statements, took our phones to get the GPS information, he even took pictures of us without us noticing or giving permission to do so. He later on came back and asked for more information which had nothing to do with the claim. He asked for other account info which we may have that we hardly even use all this is done because of his "doubts". He said he made his independent investigation and he has his doubts about the claim information. He is even disregarding the AR from SAPS mainly because of his doubts and not factual information provided. Now he wants to access to telephone records and telephone movements which has nothing to do with the claim. He mentioned during his investigation that he went to the police station and they told him the AR was not opened and then later on changed his statement. Over the phone he mentioned that we sent him invalid bank statement manly because we only gave him a statement that contained the date of the incident. This is pure bullying as the date in question is the date that is reflecting on the bank statement and now he wants more to actually find a way to reject a claim mainly because he has doubts and doesn't consider facts given to him. I asked for the outcome of the claim the soonest as this is unacceptable and pure bullying by the insurer. Can I please have the outcome of the claim and not be bul**** and have my privacy violated like this.
