insured

I Dr Maqoma,my cars are insured with iwyze insurance as from 2015,on the 29th May 2021 I had an accident,reported to insurance,approved.it was repaired by Elegant Square Pannelbeaters in east london,after collection of the vehicle noticed whipper water bottle was not replaced took it back to the Pannel beater,examined the vehicle found to have a leak and they told me that are going to report to the insurance as the Assessor missed it and I also reported to the insurance 3 times eversince the vehicle came back from the Pannelbeater with no response other to say will inform the Assessor on the first email reply 7 weeks ago.Up to date no response on follow up emails.reported the damages on the day of accident which include radiator water bottle,whipper water bottle,lower part of the front bumper and lower part of the radiator gridle
