Insurance schedule

I informed Iwyze that I found a better offer and I would like to cancel my policy with them with effect from 22 January 2021.

On 22 January I requested my latest insurance schedule from Iwyze but they've ignored my emails since then. I made a followup on their app and somebody called by told me they can no longer generate a schedule for me since my policy is cancelled.

I contacted the ombudsman and was advised to lodge a complaint with Iwyze's internal department first
