Insurance rejected and my house burned down

Good day,

Hope all is well, my name is Kedisaletse Aletta Masetlha, ID number ***, I stay in 17422 Heald Road Zone 1 Meadowlands 1852. I need assistance with IWYZE. My house burned down on the 21st of July 2023 till today I am still in the streets, I have been paying this insurance for over 20years, my insurance claim has been rejected. They took me out of the guest house. I do not have money to rebuild my house and I am a pensioner. I feel that this is so unfair and I need help.
