Insurance not willing to pay my claim

On the 27th of September I was involved in a car accident and on the29th Sep I submitted a claim to IWyze insurance. after a few days I was told that the company will not be paying/fixing my car because its a small claim, which my claim was R5250. When I took on the insurance I was never told that they don't pay small claims. The sad part is that it wasn't my fault that I was bumped and now I still need to run around trying to get this person who bumped me to pay my panel beater.<br> <br> Also my sister had almost the very same accident just last week and she was also told that they won't be paying her claims coz is also too small.<br> <br> I've never seen such, instead IWyze must be happy that its only a small claim that they have to pay but instead they have pushed us away and so we have decided to seek another insurance company. and I think OUTSURANCE will be better.<br> <br> Thanks for nothing IWyze insurance!
