We recently loaded a claim for MR CD Ralethe due to burned his house in protea glen on the 17TH of Dec 2020, the claims handler advised that they need to send an assessor last week Friday the 18TH of December, we sitting with the smoke in the house, without electricity, can this sorted before we take a matter to ombudsman please, we kept on call to find out why there is a delay, but no answer,

this is a bad service that we receive from Iwyze Please contact MR CD Ralethe urgently to finalise the matter as is causing stress now, ***
