Insurance doesn't want to pay

In 2014 November our 2 tv's was ****** when our helper was at the back with the people who wanted to buy our house living the door closed not locked when she came back inside the house she found out the 2 Tv's was missing. She went to the police station to report immediately and when my husband found out what had happened he came home and phoned his insurance Iwyze to informed them about what happened. <br> <br> After some time the insurance rep**** to him informing him that his claim was rejected, because one of the terms and conditions state that if you loose your furnishes due to selling of your house the insurance will not pay. <br> <br> My concern is its like the insurance company will prefer to pay out the claim if someone is been *****, injured or killed. I plea with the insurance that if we pay the premiums every month is to make sure that we don't suffer when unforseens and housebreaking strikes because we don't know when it's going to happen, all we get is headaches from them.<br> <br> We feel like we have been treated unfairly <br> <br>
