Insurance claim rejection and complaint rejection
On the 21 of june 2023 I lodge a complain to iwyze regarding rejection of my car insurance claim: requesting to get refund of my premiums since the purpose of insurance I paid for 4-5 years didn't not fulfill its purpose. I got the response the following day that they received it, escalated the matter and that was the last day I heard from them
