Insurance Claim declined with no Valid Reason

This Insurance company it's just a mess. I was involved in an accident the car that bump me was driving on an incoming traffic lane. I avoided head-on collision but according to them i was wrong because they declined my claim with no basis. I been with this insurance since 2017 but when time to claim comes they don't want to pay. Indeed they claiming that i should have avoided the accident and i wonder how, they claim i should have anticipated the accident i wonder how. I believe they just don't pay people's claim on insurance. They are just a bogus Insurance Company i guess they take it from Old Mutual as they are underwritten by them. The Rejection letter is so questionable. Giving me an understanding that they don't want to settle the amount owing on the account. They claim car used for racing where as it's not used for racing how do you race with an SUV? They were disappointed to find out that there was no alcohol involved because they tried all avenues to get that point they could not. They had access to my tracker they found out the evidence provided supporting me. But they still came with some funny reason that i should have anticipated accident. I'm not a fortune teller neither a prophet to foretell the future and know what's going to happen
