Insurance claim

I had a really horrible experience with the company ..I am being told inconsistent stories from their representatives ...I was informed that there was an administration error on their side ..currently They are not allowing me to put in a claim because of the administrative error ,they are only notifying me now when I have a problem that I no longer have a policy with them ...I will not recommend them at all
