Insurance claim

I'm hereby reporting a very horrible heart breaking incident that old mutual iwyse has done to me as their ex client.

I'm stuck with a bakkie that was involved in an accident in 2018 16 April. Investigations were conducted and information provided then they brought a report back to me allegedly saying I was reckless and negligent.

Their report was not having all the information to prove what they are saying they only concluded with such unreliable findings.

They used all that information to reject my claim,I'm really disappointed with them. Please help me since I don't have mpbsy to dispute their case. Thank you
