Insurance cancellation request

Sent my cancellation email on Sunday (24/10/2021) and there was no response till now (26/10/2021 13:24). Tried to call them and somehow I get cut off as soon as I explain that I have sold my car and would like to cancel my insurance! Same thing happens again when I call back! This is not on! I need confirmation of my cancellation and refund for the amount deducted for next month! The fact that I get cut off as soon as I explain that I need to cancel my insurance makes me suspicious
