I Would like to thank iWyze for contact regarding the claim that was lodged due to house burning in protea,
however, we still waiting for them them to get back to us with the final decision, I have been sitting from Thursday without electricity, the burned house as we were told not to touch any thing in the house, can we please have the claims handler to assist as matter of agency, we cannot stay in the house with the smoke,
the problem is there is no answer please, can we get the sorted
