Initially the experience was great but my last claim experience (one that I really considered a straight forward one) left me with no option but to move on. I don’t believe I was treated fairly at all. Mercy Banda and Ruth Mndebele were very helpful I must say and it’s a shame that I have to leave the insurer after seven years.
