Increased Excess with Communication

<p>So iWyze decided to increase my excess by 60% in December 2016 and not tell me about it, unfortunately for them i had to claim in January 2017, what did they think was going to happen when i was going to claim? Anyways i decided to pay the amount because i wanted my car to get fixed and i have subsequently left iWyze for a new insurer but i felt people should be aware of their dishonest practises, its actually sickening this. I have also referred this matter to the Ombudsman and i am waiting what they have to say!</p>
