Incorrect/False information on Credit Bureau

I have short term insurance listed with this company & I don't know why. I took gap cover in 2021, but cancelled a few months later as I moved to another employer. Account open date says January 2021, last payment date says February 2021. This account shows as open/current, and I am so perplexed. Kindly update this record, as it is incorrect.
