Inconsistency in Policy
I opened the iwyze gap cover 2 years ago. I was allowed to register the policy even though I am not the principal member in the medical aid. Also the payment is debited from my account. Today when tying to cancel the policy am told only the principal member can cancel the policy. Why was I allowed to register with my details if I wont have any control of the policy this is very bad as I cant get hold of the principal member ryt now.
