It is with a really heavy heart I write this. It is almost 2 months since I submitted a claim with Iwyze, to this day they have been dragging the claiming process. Upon authorization iwyze decided to nullify all quotations I submitted to them, and opted for digital assessments. I am told iwyze won’t be buying me new parts to repair my car, instead their quotations are for either used parts or repairs, yet according to all the panelbeaters I went to, my car needs part replacements. Of all the stages, from submission, to validation, submission of quotations up until authorization of claim I had to fight with all the consultants, I even remember their names. Not even once have they bothered to call or return my calls after leaving messages, but instead I called every single day with no proper response. I had been given a car whose contract was due to expire tomorrow. I had to ask for an extension.
