<p>after my complain on Hellopeter they called me and still they failed to answer all my questions that i had for them. I still havent received my money back and friday they sent me an email that they will call me on the 8th August 2016, gues what the time its 15:54 and i still havent received any call from them...That is just how pathetic the servise is.....</p> <p> </p>

Your matter was followed up and we note that you were not called on Monday 08 August and for this we do apologies, but Lucas from our Client Services called you on the Tuesday 09 August to give you feedback regarding your recovery.
The Client Experience Team has since made contact with Ernest this morning and your recovery progress was discussed. The Client Experience Team and Ernest agreed that another follow will be done tomorrow 11 August 2016.
