I put in a claim on the 24th of May the lady that spoke to me Eva said she will keep me updated regarding my car I waited for two days no one got back to me I called on the third day Eva that’s dealing with my claim could not help me I spoke to the consultant that answered the phone they said they still waiting for the car to be assessed every time I called after that the response stayed the same yesterday I called to find out what’s going on and they told me that Eva is still not available they told me that the car was only uplifted yesterday from the towing company and I must pay the towing company 5000 and odd rand for storage because of iwyze incompetence yesterday I asked the consultant to make a note for the lady dealing with my claim to call me back but still she did not contact me as yet so hopefully after this review I’ll get a better customer service if anybody is looking for a good insurance company iwyze is a no go
