Incompetence

Yoh yoh yoh!!!!

Poor service, very unreliable. I called last month already on time advising of my bank change and debit order date. They only sent a debiCheck two days before the strike date which till now I haven’t gotten anything. No debit order went through. I called today to ask if they can give me my bank change confirmation letter, they send me another clients information. Mind you the document isn’t even password protected. I’m trying to stay on board but the service is just horrible. Imagine if I need to claim for my car insurance the struggle I will have to go through. Hai hai hai
