Incompetant

on the 3rd nov i receive an sms from my bank iwyze has been paid on the 4th i receive from iwyze that no payment has been received on my acc so i phn them up yes sir no payment was received on this acc what now sir go to the bank get a statement and fax it to us i send 2 faxes to ********** 901 sins that time i phn every day on the 10 nov i got an email thank you for the fax we need a bank statement so i call again same story we will send it to the relevant dep as we can not assist you today i got a sms from iwyze pls be inform we will deduct the amount off your banking acc for payment off nov
