Zaina Mafuyeka was the claim consultant that assisted me through my first experience of incident claim. What I liked the most about her is that she was honest and did not give me any hopes. She asked me the relavent questions and did not make me feel like I was being interrogated. She sent me updates on daily basis and honestly I did not expect that, and through all the stress that my car was damaged Atleast I knew my monthly payments for my car insurance are going to the relavent insurer who have professional individuals behind the scenes like Miss Mafuyeka.
