In the month of August, I was prepared, willing to leave Iwyze to better insurance as my premium was high and got a better offer. To my suprise, everyone was willing to terminate my contract, i was told I'm on a discount rate already, there is nothing they can help me with until my last phone call to termination goes to a gentleman *Sibabalwe Bongela* who made my day on the 2nd of September 2024 and changed my mindset about leaving Iwyze. His willingness to assist shocked me, I was able to safe alot and the offer was the same as the other insurer. With the additional car included. Thank you so much, Iwyze, for keeping such a hard worker like Siba. We need more people like him. I have fully 3 years with Iwyze. Excellent service ever. 👌🏼
