I'm not sure what the turnaround time is for an agent to contact a policyholder back but I sent an email to customer care on 17 July and sent several follow up emails until eventually I sent a whatsapp request on Saturday which I received a call this morning I think the call was as a result of the request made on Saturday via whatsapp and not the countless emails I sent. Thank you to the agent that assisted she got the job done, wasn't the most friendliest but she got the job done and for that I thank her.
