******* rejection of my claim against IWYZE

Good morning. I was involved in a car accident last in July. IWYZE assessor obtained a video footage from the garage that i got in before accident happened. according to my understanding an assessor was suppose to get the footage having a case number from the police or been accompanied by a law enforcement agency. this did not happened and according to the information i got from the garage an assessor was not been given the footage but only to see it. I consider this as an ******* matter as the person who works at the garage told me that she left the assessor watching the footage. But an assessor took the footage without talking with the person who is in charge at the garage. My claim was rejected based on that. Please assist regarding the above.
