I submitted claim 28 March 2023. The claim was approved on the 3rd of April 2023. This is for a dent on the fender. 14th April the car arrived at the panel beaters . Today's date is 14 June 2023 and the car is still at the panel beaters. There's no indication of when Slabbert panelbeaters will complete the car. A consultant from the Repairs Management Team by the name Nthabiseng , tells me there is no way of knowing when the repairs to the car will be completed. That's how dismissive she is . So there's clearly no planning and no care of how people survive without their car. No one cares to update , I have to email to beg for information.
