iAlert

I called iAlert for home assistance,I was told that I didn't qualify for a plumber to come out and check my geyser as I only have home contents cover, which as surprising as on their websites it states that I can get this assistance. When I queried this I was told I must have misinterpreted this. Here's an extract from their website verbatim This cover is automatically included with your iWYZE Household Goods or Buildings Policy.The value of the benefit is subject to the limits detailed below:<br> <br> TOTAL BENEFIT OF R2 000 OR A MAXIMUM OF 2 INCIDENTS PER YEAR<br> <br> COVERED<br> <br> Emergency LocksmithsEmergency ElectriciansEmergency Emergency PlumbersEmergency GlaziersTree FellersSecurity\ how I missed interpreted that I don't know. I need iwyze to urgently address this as another lady I spoke to there said she was shocked because this is always covered. This is turning out to be a useless insurance even the explanation given when I pointed the above out was useless... Terribly disappointed
