I wyze rejerejected our home building claim as damage to wall floor and pools are not covered what the hell is a building insurance then

My claim get rejected after 4 weeks. After i was firstly covered then partly covert and now not at all. No i have to object it well ombudsman will also get all the recordings and findings. Iwyze i am shocked you cover swimming pools but not when the crack mmmm what els is cover then you should say only the pumps. People be carfull you covered but when your house get damaged nothing is covered. Im so shocked one will think that building insurance is for damage to building but not with your company. No that i have told you that your policys is not clear no you want to do something about it. What about my other policys by you lifr car home building. People go read they are out to rejecte your policys
