I wyze insurance croocks

In 2017 i had an accident where the police van bumbed my car .iwyze told me to pay the excess of R3950 and promised that they will claim from third party and refund me .i waited for the refund about 20 months but they didnt refund i kept on phoning to follow up but every time i phoned they would transfere me from 1 person to another .and they ended up telling me that there was nothing to recover.i was very dissaointed and angry and decided to cancell i wyze insurance because of their bad service and croock.
