Iwyze Rassie Erusmus is appointed to deal with claim for accidental damages on a vehicle suspension. He does call unless you call him. He is also looking for all excuses to finalise the claim. At first he said the damages where not accidental. Then he hired an assessor who confirmed it with a report that it was accidental. He then say I must take him to the route I traveled and the scene after 3 weeks from dated incident. He comes back and tell me the is no proof of the accident on the scene. He then says to me that I was coming from a shisa Nyama.

I tell him no I was driving from a relatives house. He further says to me he has once approved a claim from a guy who confessed they had two beers. I tell him once again that I don't like what he is suggesting. He continues to say to me that maybe at Shisa Nyama someone fiddled with the car.

Now he is telling me the report is with management he can't approve the claim because the is no debris at the scene or signs of accident even though the claim is for suspension of the and he only went 3 weeks later.

He further once a tracker report. Eve though he knows the tracker was not yet fitted as the incident happened a day after inception of policy and the requirement was that it be fitted with 15 days.

He also suggested that the claim is small. I can fix the vehicle myself and still keep my good insurance records.
