I Wize/old mutual terrible service

I have sent my documents for gap cover to I Wize on 15th of December. No response. I have tried to phone but phone just rings and rings. I got messages somebody is going to contact me in 2-3 working days . It's nearly a month. Discussing. I am sick and tired of bad services this days
