I wize not a wize as they say

From day one of my claim i was given storys about wat is happening about my claim. I had to call and ask a update. I had to call assesor and ask where is report and now i im told im not covers and i shows in my policy i am every time i have to claim they have an a problem im under in sure i fix that next claim even more. O dont forger this year they even lost all my papper work i had to fight and proof i am insured and dis all my checks on my car. Bad bad service stop taking us for dumb people and do as you promise sorry o have to come here for help but you never call me i have to call you. I want my claim sorted please
