I was wrongly insured under personal rather than business insurance
I was wrongly insured under personal rather than business insurance. Today, I was moved to business insurance and added a new car. After calling the call centre more than 5 times and talking to the same number of consultants, I was referred to Ms Dineo Motloutsi, who understood what i want and actioned accordingly. To be honest, i was on a verge of moving my insurance but she was able to assist and provided further information and documentations which i needed for the collection of my car. Please do the same to others @Ms Dineo
