I was cancelled for car insurance on February due to late payments

I was cancelled for car insurance on February due to late payments. I had money in my account but the debit order didn’t go through. I was sent an sms that I have no cover. I requested a callback for iwyze but there was no response. I joined PrimeSa and been with them since March 2025. I then received an sms this month from Iwyze that my policy is being reinstated. They deducted the money on the 28th and I no longer need their services. I called and asked them to refund me as the money should be for PrimeSA. I received an sms that the policy is cancelled but there’s no refund from them.
