I was assisted by a wonderful lady called Madonna Seraga , she was so patient and efficient. I would also like to compliment Gontse from Sales , her services were out of this world. Then there is an agent at Client Services called Tshiamo , he spoke to me like I was boring him , very rude! That guy needs to work on his communication skills!
