i want my car back

I had a motor vehicle accident on the 16th of November 2019 and iWize were responsible for towing my car from the scene to the panel beaters. long story short is that after a few weeks of investigation and harassment from their side, they then decided to reject my claim and cancelled my policy for stupid reasons. I then went to recoup my car from the panel beaters a few days later. they refused to give me my car saying that they were waiting for iwize to give them permission to release the car to me. i went there a number of times after that day and i was still told that iwize still hasn't granted the permission for my car to be released. What happened next is that i was then told that my car is in Gauteng and bear in mind I am a single parent residing in Nelspruit and need a car on daily basis. I haven't found my car up to this day and i need help.
